The Story

I once stood on stage accepting a trophy for an office that was failing. Nobody knew but me.

I started in sales at 18. Within my first stretch I was a top-ranked rep, and like every top rep, I thought that meant I was ready to run my own operation. So at 19, I opened a sales office.

By my standard, it failed. The moment that still stings: standing on stage collecting a placement trophy, smiling, shaking hands, knowing the only reason we placed at all was that I had gone back to personally selling to carry the whole office. I needed to be top 10 as a rep just to keep the business on the board. I've never told that story publicly until now.

The office didn't fail because we couldn't sell. It failed because there was no system. Everything ran through me, and I was the bottleneck.

So I did the only thing I knew how to do. I sold. I ran that office until I was 23, and after that first year I was consistently ranked top 10 in the nation as a rep. From the outside the numbers looked great. From the inside I knew exactly what was holding the whole thing up. Me.

At 23 I pivoted. I kept selling while I tried to build businesses of my own, and I put every dollar I could back into learning what I was missing. In under 5 years I personally sold more than $25 million. It took until 25 for all of it to click: the selling, the marketing, and the systems weren't three separate skills. They were one machine, and I had been running them as three.

Along the way I was coached by and worked with some of the biggest names in the game: Jeremy Miner, Tanner Chidester, Cole Gordon, and others. By 27 I had invested over $120K in my own training. Not because I collect certificates, but because I was reverse-engineering the thing that held my first office back: how do you build growth that doesn't depend on one person grinding?

Then I did what most consultants never do. I went and applied it, with my own money on the line. A family real estate development company went from $4M to $15M a year in sales. A client's training company went from zero to $25K in its first 30 days, and by month five was doing $125K a month without the owner in the day to day. A wholesaling client went from 3 closings a month to 18.

Gabin Growth Co exists because I've been the owner who was drowning in his own business. I know what fixes it, because I had to fix it in mine first.
