1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Gabin Sales Consulting, doing business as Gabin Growth Co ("Gabin Growth Co," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit GabinGrowthCo.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.
Our contact details are in Section 14. By using the Site, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our application form, book a call, or contact us, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Information about your business, including what it does, its monthly revenue range, and its current challenges
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a form field, an email, a text message, or on a call
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect:
- Your IP address and general location (city or region level)
- Your browser type, device type, and operating system
- The pages you view, how long you stay, and how you got to our Site
- The links you click and the actions you take on the Site
This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5.
Information from advertising platforms
If you reach us through an ad, the advertising platform may share limited information with us about that click or interaction, such as which campaign or ad you came from.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Review your application and decide whether we are a fit to work together
- Contact you by phone, email, or text message about your application and your scheduled call
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls
- Provide our services if you become a client
- Send you marketing and educational content, where you have agreed to receive it
- Measure and improve our marketing, including understanding which ads and pages work
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with our legal obligations
4. Text message (SMS) communications
We do not share your SMS opt-in consent or your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your consent to receive text messages from us stays with us.
When you submit your phone number on our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS) about your application, your scheduled call, and our services.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive marketing text messages in order to work with us.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and where you are in our process.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive.
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts, other than messages you specifically request.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details in Section 14.
- We cannot guarantee delivery of any message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the Site, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising. These include:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Site
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ad performance and show ads to people who have visited our Site
- Functional cookies that our website and scheduling tools need in order to work
These partners may combine what they collect on our Site with information they already have about you. We do not control how they use it. You can review their practices in their own privacy policies.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may cause parts of the Site to stop working properly. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and adjust your ad settings inside your Facebook or Instagram account.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that run things on our behalf, such as our CRM and marketing platform, our email and text message providers, our calendar and scheduling tools, our hosting provider, and our analytics providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners. As described in Section 5, for measurement and advertising. This does not include your SMS consent or the phone number you gave us for SMS purposes.
- Professional advisors. Our lawyers, accountants, and similar advisors, where needed.
- Legal reasons. When we are required to by law, subpoena, or a government request, or where we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, our safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
7. How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, which generally means for as long as you are a prospect or a client, and afterward for as long as we need it for our records, our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymize it.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of marketing emails and text messages
- Opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity first. We will respond within the time frame required by applicable law.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email, and out of text messages by replying STOP. We may still contact you about an active application, a scheduled call, or an active client engagement.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on established platforms that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International data transfers
We operate in the United States and in the Dominican Republic, and our service providers may store or process information in either country or elsewhere. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. By using the Site and giving us your information, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in these locations.
11. Third party links
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them your information.
12. Children's privacy
The Site is meant for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
